Plexus: 2 largest customers in the world

Plexus had GE Healthcare Technologies and General Electric as its major customers in fiscal years 2022 and 2023 worldwide, ended September 30.

Globally, the company serves approximately 150 customers. 

While GE Healthcare Technologies accounted for 10.3% of its net sales, General Electric comprised 12.9% and 11.2% of its net sales during fiscal 2022 and 2021, respectively. 

GE Healthcare Technologies is a medical technology company and was spun off from General Electric on January 4, 2023 and GE retained 13.5 percent. 

As of 2017, GE Healthcare Technologies is a manufacturer and distributor of imaging agents and radiopharmaceuticals for imaging modalities used in medical imaging procedures.

For its part, Plexus serves a diverse customer landscape that includes industry-leading branded product companies, along with other emerging technology pioneers and start-ups that may or may not maintain manufacturing capabilities. 

During fiscal 2023, GE completed the separation of its healthcare business, GEHC, as a standalone company.

No other customer accounted for 10.0% or more of Plexus’ net sales in any of the last three fiscal years. 

Many of Plexus’ large customers, including GEHC and GE, contract with Plexus through multiple divisions, subsidiaries, production facilities or independent locations.
