Enverlis makes an offer to acquire Bio Pappel shares

Enverlis made a public offer for the voluntary acquisition of up to 49 million 316,439 ordinary, nominative shares, without expression of par value, with voting rights representing the capital stock of Bio Pappel.

The offer is up to 1,282 million 227,414 million pesos.

Enverlis offered to buy up to 49 million 316,439 shares from each and every one of Bio Pappel’s shareholders, subject to certain terms and conditions and in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Bio Pappel is a paper manufacturer that produces and markets, among other products, notebooks under the Scribe brand.

The sale of the shares represents 17% of Bio Pappel’s share capital.
