Traxión’s 3PL logistics warehouse exceeded 1 million square meters for the first time at the end of 2025.

On a year-over-year basis, this metric grew by 48.8 percent.

Essentially, this increase is due to the company’s acquisition of Solística on July 1, 2025. The purchase price was 4.04 billion pesos, in a cash-free, debt-free transaction. Consequently, the transaction strengthened its position in comprehensive logistics services in Mexico.

In Mexico, Solística projects revenue of 8 billion pesos in 2025, with an EBITDA margin of 4 to 5 percent. Additionally, it manages 380,000 m² of 3PL warehouses across 19 facilities. Furthermore, its freight brokerage business contributed 70% of revenue in 2024.

In 2021, Traxión’s 3PL logistics warehouse reached 578,360 square meters at year-end. This figure then grew for two years before declining in 2024.

Traxión offers transportation and logistics services in Mexico. The company has 12 brands in different niches. At the end of 2025, it operated an average fleet of 11,041 motor vehicles, a 1.4% year-over-year decrease.

At the end of 2025, the company had 1,300 clients, 300 more than in 2024. It also increased its number of employees by 4,000, reaching 25,000.

According to its own description, Traxión uses state-of-the-art technologies and is the only consolidator in a highly fragmented sector. Another distinguishing feature is that it is the only institutional company in an industry dominated by family-owned businesses.

Grupo Traxión competes in transportation and logistics with domestic companies such as Grupo Castores, Tresguerras, and Fletes México, as well as with global operators like DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Kuehne+Nagel, in a fragmented market that encompasses ground freight, 3PL warehousing, and technology solutions.

Last-Mile Fleet

In the Logistics and Technology segment, Traxión provides logistics solutions across the entire supply chain through digital platforms, technological applications, and an asset-light approach.

Among the services it offers are: comprehensive 4PL logistics solutions, 3PL warehouse management, last-mile services, freight brokerage, and intermodal rail services, among others.

As of the end of 2025, it operated a last-mile fleet consisting of 320 units.
