AMF
The compilation responds to AMF’s vision of promoting greater articulation between the value chain of the railway system, and to offer concrete tools that promote collaboration, efficiency and development of the sector.
«The Directory represents an effort to make visible the strength and professionalism of our suppliers. At AMF we believe in collaboration as a driver of rail growth, and today we are taking a firm step to build bridges between the specialized supply and the needs of the country,» said Fabila Rubio.
The document seeks to promote linkages between industry players. It also aims to open new business opportunities and strengthen a supply chain committed to rail development in Mexico.
The document includes infrastructure, signaling and telecommunications companies. It also features consulting, technology, energy, materials and maintenance services firms.
In parallel, the Rail Transport Regulatory Agency (ARTF) oversees key aspects of the sector. These include rail operation, rights of way, competition among carriers and tariffs. It should be noted that no new concessions were granted in 2023 or 2024.
