New vehicle sales fall 6.7% in Colombia

New vehicle sales in Colombia fell 6.7% year-on-year in November to 22,330 units, according to information from the Unique National Traffic Registry (RUNT).

Also in November 2020, 49,742 new motorcycles were registered, with a decrease of 10.6 percent.

The five brands with the highest number of license plates in the month of November were: Renault, Chevrolet, Mazda, Nissan and Kia with market shares in the order of 23.0, 15.0, 8.6, 8.3 and 5.9%, representing 60.8% of the total registered vehicles in the penultimate month of the year.
